Nishkasan ka Dard, in addition to volunteers living in tents for 24 hours to experience the early days of exodus, also sets up an exhibition using all forms of art and expression to cover the three sections of the program:

• 1. Rememberand re-live the pain
• 2. Celebrate the resilience
• 3. Re-affirm the resolve

You can contribute to any of these sections through any of the media:

• 1. Poetry
• 2. Paintings / Sketches
• 3. Cartoons
• 4. Photographs
• 5. Skits (live, or recorded)
• 6. Documentaries
• 7. Physical Models
• 8. Any other mode of expression that fits
